This event is designed to celebrate all things Harry Potter with a special focus on costumes, dancing and music! You are invited to come dressed in festive holiday ball attire or anything Harry Potter! Also enjoy a small variety of Crafts and activities such as Wizard Chess, Wand Making, HP Trivia and Magical Ornament making! Supplies are limited. There will also be photo opportunities to share with your friends! You are welcome to purchase food and beverage from our Three Broomsticks Cafe or shop for Harry Potter Merchandise too!

Space is limited, so check out your closest Barnes & Noble for this event. We will cut the line when we reach our event capacity to ensure everyone that attends the Ball can have a safe and enjoyable time at our store.

This event is free, but we welcome and appreciate donations of new books, purchased in store, to our annual Holiday Book Drive. This year’s donations are going to the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County.

Come join us on Saturday, December 10th for an experience of a lifetime for just $30. We are turning the Tri-Rail train into a magical journey to the North Pole (West Palm Beach/Amtrak station). So dress up in your pajamas and get your tickets today!

Here is how it works!

With your ticket to South Florida’s Santa Express you will jump on one of the two NORTHBOUND Tri-Rail trains (P680 & P682) on Decemebr 10th. Riders can get on at any station. The Santa Express entertainment will begin at the Pompano Station and will continue all the way until we reach the North Pole (West Palm Beach/Amtrak Station). Riders can expect interactions with our train conductor as well as Christmas carols sung by our choir along the ride. At the North Pole Santa and his Gratitude elves will share their Christmas spirit, their ornament making workshop and their favorite carolers.

Tickets are $30.00 per person. Children under two will have free admission. Your return train ticket is included in the price. You have three options for return train times. They are 5:58p, 6:58p or 9:08p.
